Loft Thai Boutique Spa & Massage is nearly the 2-year mark of operating in the heart of Bangkok with its tailor-made packages suited for all ages and genders. Despite the challenges of the pandemic which has caused businesses that required physical touch, our team has worked hard to make sure our clients are given the right treatment to solve any problems they have.

On behalf of Loft Thai Spa, we would like to thank all of our customers and clients for being with us all these years and for giving us the right feedback to get us to where we are today. Without any of our customers, we would not be able to improve all aspects of our business and give the best spa experience in Bangkok.

As a result of Loft Thai Spa's success, we are now opening a new branch located in the Sukhumvit area which is roughly 5 minutes away from the Phra Kranong BTS Station. Within the area of this location, we are aiming to become the best Thai massage near by Phra Kranong.  As we slowly plan to expand across Thailand, we still make sure that new and existing customers will be able to reach the new branch without complications as we are within reach from any area in Bangkok for convenience.

Black Tea Spa Treatment

To reach the new branch with the BTS, simply make your stop at Phra Kranong Station and go to exit 1 where you can head your way down to the Sukhumvit Road Soi 71. Each road will display a blue sign and avoid getting lost, look for the sign that says "Sukhumvit Soi 71". As the location is 2 kilometers away from the Phrakranong Station, you can grab a taxi by the BTS station where it will take you less than 5 minutes to arrive at the Spa.

The taxi ride will take you around 2 minutes where you will enter another road called "Soi Pridi Banomyong 16" (once again, look for the blue sign as an indication) where you will then make your stop at a building that is adjacent to the Family Mart store. If you are planning to take a taxi straight from wherever you are, you can input the following "Loft Thai Spa & Tea House" on your Google Maps or Apple Maps. The new branch at Phra Kranong is a luxury and boutique Spa which is a 3-floor building with 4 treatment rooms and a unique outdoor area that can also be used for treatments that are suitable for both singles and doubles.

In addition to the expansion of our new branch at Sukhumvit, we have also partnered with Monsoon Tea by offering the best tea experience to our customers. We are proud to be partnered with Monsoon Tea as they share the same values as Loft Thai Spa by promoting sustainability, climate change, eco-friendliness, and forest-friendliness.

Tea House and Massage

Monsoon Tea offers a variety of sustainable tea products that are grown in harmony with the forest here in Thailand. With their forest-friendly beliefs, they have grown their own tea in the forest with delicious blends which essentially prevent deforestation, preserve biodiversity, and also provide local communities with a good source of income.

With the same values and treatments that Loft Thai Spa brings to our customers, we have decided to make this partnership fruitful as tea is an important feat of the Spa experience. Customers may think that tea is only given before or after the spa treatment, but tea can also be used during the treatment in many ways.

An example of this is by using Loft Thai Spa's handmade Tea bags as an eye relaxer. By saving cucumbers that are usually used as eyebags during the treatments, the use of tea bags helps remove puffiness and under-eye circles. Our therapists set the mood and tone with some relaxing music and scents to build the atmosphere and gently place a tea bag over each eye for a long period of time. This will help eradicate any issues that you are having in your eyes. We also use tea as a part of the experience as it has antioxidative and anti-inflammatory properties.

Another example is the generic hand and foot wash. This soothing treatment is a delight for reducing redness or irritation on your hands and feet, regardless of whether you spend the entire day on your feet or use your hands incessantly to type. We use the tea leaves as a perfect precursor for a home-style manicure and pedicure.

Black Tea Spa Treatment

Black tea can also be used for facial treatments and for body scrubs. With Loft Thai's locally-inspired touch, we are able to utilize the elements to beautify a person's skin as a form of polishing and refreshing. After creating the black tea with certain ingredients, our therapist rubs a handful on the damp skin and then will be rinsed it off.

Tea House and Fruits

Loft Thai Spa opens now and is ready for a strong 2023 to become the best spa in Bangkok by welcoming new and existing customers to have an experience of a lifetime while bringing the feel of Thailand into your sessions. Although the new branch is called Loft Thai Spa & Tea House, we have now incorporated the same experience into our original branch to have the same massages, treatments, facials, and packages.

UPDATED LOFT THAI GUIDE

Additional guidance and current information

The following editorial update expands on the original Loft Thai article with practical context, current treatment guidance and further reading.

A 2022 Opening Story, Read Through the 2026 current website

The original article announced a new Sukhumvit branch and thanked guests during the difficult post-pandemic period.

That historical context is worth preserving, but its directions, partnership language and treatment details are not automatically current.

The current website is the operating reference for today's branch network and booking path.

Sukhumvit 71 Is the Phra Khanong Location

The current website identifies the branch as Loft Thai Spa & Tea House at 1967 Sukhumvit 71 Road, Phra Khanong Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok.

It is presented alongside Sukhumvit 38 at Thong Lo and Sukhumvit 24 at Phrom Phong.

Confirm the map pin in the booking confirmation because Sukhumvit road and soi numbers can be confused.

The Tea House Name Records a Distinct Branch Identity

The archived launch framed tea, Thai hospitality and spa care as parts of one arrival and departure ritual.

That idea can describe atmosphere without implying that every historical tea product or treatment remains included.

Ask what refreshments are currently served if tea selection matters to the visit.

Private Loft Thai treatment room illustrating the shared current service standard

Use current Hours, Not an Old Announcement

Phra Khanong (Sukhumvit 71) is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Thong Lo (Sukhumvit 38) closes at 10:00 PM, and Phrom Phong (Sukhumvit 24) closes at midnight. The latest appointment depends on the branch and treatment duration.

A long package needs an arrival time that fits the complete service and closing schedule.

Holiday hours, late appointments and same-day capacity should be confirmed directly.

Plan the Final Bangkok Leg Conservatively

The old article described a short taxi ride from Phra Khanong BTS and referenced Soi Pridi Banomyong 16.

Traffic, walking conditions and map routing change, so do not treat a 2022 travel time as a guarantee.

Save the current map pin, allow a buffer and share the branch name with the driver.

Choose the Branch Before You Choose the Journey

Sukhumvit 71 may suit Phra Khanong and On Nut itineraries, while Sukhumvit 38 and 24 serve different parts of central Sukhumvit.

The treatment wanted, preferred room, accessibility needs and next destination can matter more than straight-line distance.

Ask the booking team which location can deliver the exact service and duration.

Treat Old Room Counts and Outdoor Claims as Archive

The launch page described a three-floor building, four treatment rooms and an outdoor area.

A historic layout should not be promised as today's room inventory or treatment setting without confirmation.

Request current information for couple rooms, stairs, lift access, privacy, showers and mobility support.

The Monsoon Tea Partnership Was Part of the Launch Story

The 2022 article named Monsoon Tea and connected the collaboration with forest-friendly tea from Northern Thailand.

Monsoon Tea's current official site describes tea grown in harmony with forest ecosystems and relationships with local communities.

That supports the tea producer's story, but it does not confirm the present product served at Loft Thai Sukhumvit 71.

Read Forest-Friendly as a Sourcing Model Claim

Monsoon Tea says it works with wild or forest-integrated tea rather than clearing land for monoculture.

Its official story also describes biodiversity and farmer-compensation goals.

These are brand and supply-chain claims to attribute to Monsoon Tea, not automatic proof about every cup, treatment or environmental outcome.

Tea Can Be Hospitality Without Becoming Therapy

A warm or cool drink can create a gentle pause before departure and help mark the end of a ritual.

Caffeine, sugar, herbs and temperature may matter to individual guests.

Tea service should not be described as detoxifying, anti-inflammatory or a treatment for a health condition without specific evidence and context.

The Archived Tea-Bag Eye Claim Needs a Safety Reset

The old page said tea bags could eradicate puffiness and under-eye circles.

That universal outcome is unsupported, and products placed near the eyes require cleanliness, intended use and careful handling.

US FDA advises using only products intended for the eye area and stopping when irritation occurs.

A Tea-Themed Cosmetic Still Needs a Complete Formula

Black tea or another botanical name does not reveal preservatives, fragrance, concentration, pH or suitability around sensitive skin.

Ask for the complete professional product and its intended use when a tea-themed scrub, mask or wash is offered.

Do not infer antioxidant or anti-inflammatory treatment effects from the beverage ingredient alone.

Therapist consultation before selecting a treatment and branch

The current Menu Is Broader Than the Launch Article

The current collections cover Thai heritage massage, oil rituals, therapeutic recovery, facial care, head spa, signatures, couples and body or foot reset.

Availability can differ by branch, equipment, room and therapist.

Start from the current service card, then confirm Sukhumvit 71 before booking.

Choose Massage by Pressure, Clothing and Pace

Traditional Thai uses clothed pressure and assisted movement, while oil formats use direct gliding contact.

Deep Tissue, Sport and Office Syndrome directions are more targeted and should begin with a clear consultation.

The therapist can adapt pressure within the treatment's scope, but a spa massage does not replace diagnosis or medical care.

Facial, Head Spa and Body Care Need Product Checks

Skin and scalp rituals should be selected by current goal, product tolerance, recent procedures and service process.

Body scrub requires a gentler plan for irritated, sunburned or recently treated skin.

Ask which services and equipment are available at Sukhumvit 71 on the chosen date.

A Sukhumvit 71 Booking Checklist

Confirm branch name, map pin, treatment, duration, price, therapist preference, room type and arrival time.

Share mobility needs, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures and significant health concerns before the session.

Ask about parking, stairs, showers, payment, cancellation and refreshment details when relevant.

Build a Calm Phra Khanong Itinerary

Avoid placing the appointment immediately after a long outdoor walk, large meal or tightly timed airport transfer.

Leave enough time to arrive, consult, change and complete the full duration without rushing.

Save transport and dinner plans for after the branch and finish time are confirmed.

Let the Tea House Story Lead to a current Visit

The 2022 opening article records how Sukhumvit 71 joined the Loft Thai story through spa hospitality and tea.

The current branch now needs to be read through current location, hours, menu and direct confirmation.

That approach keeps the narrative charm while giving the guest a practical and honest Phra Khanong guide.

“A branch-opening story preserves identity; a current visit still needs today's address, hours, menu and access details.”
