Life in Bangkok rarely follows a quiet schedule. A morning of meetings becomes an afternoon at a laptop; a quick lunch happens between messages; a weekend fills with errands before there is time to relax. A visit to the spa can feel like something to organise for another day. This new concept starts with a different question: what if a meaningful moment of wellbeing could fit into the day you already have?
Our upcoming collaboration with Sun Society explores exactly that. It connects the pleasure of a brunch visit with a setting for focused work and a carefully separated wellness experience. Come for time together, a change of working environment or a treatment that matches the time you have available. The aim is a welcoming place where these different parts of a day can sit comfortably alongside one another.
A New Kind of Everyday Wellness Destination
The experience is being developed around three complementary elements: brunch, work and body care. You might spend part of the morning working, put your laptop away for a short shoulder treatment and then enjoy brunch. Or you might meet a friend for a meal and give yourself extra time for a longer massage beforehand.
The concept is intended for office workers, hybrid professionals, local residents and brunch lovers, as well as active guests looking for a comfortable break after walking or exercise. There is no single way to structure a visit. What matters is choosing an experience that suits your schedule and the way you want to feel during your time with us.
In collaboration with Sun Society, the dining element will be part of that wider experience. The food menu and any combined offers will be introduced closer to opening. Brunch will be priced separately from treatments, with any future package inclusions clearly explained.

Space to Socialise, Space to Focus, Space to Unwind
A shared destination needs more than one atmosphere. The layout being developed separates social dining, work and short treatments, and quieter wellness experiences.
The brunch area will be a place for meals and conversation. The work area will include a designated treatment chair for short sessions, away from active dining tables. Private treatment spaces will accommodate body massage and assisted stretching, while reclining experiences will have a quieter setting suited to switching off.
Even a fifteen-minute treatment is intended to be a proper break. You will put down your phone, leave your keyboard and give your attention to the session. Keeping dining and treatments distinct will also help the team coordinate your meal without interrupting your time to relax.
Eight Treatments, from Fifteen to Seventy-Five Minutes
The treatment collection in development offers eight different experiences. Some focus on a particular area, such as the hands, scalp or feet. Others provide more time for body massage, gentle movement or quiet rest. Here is a closer look at what each experience is designed to include.

1. Neck, Shoulder and Upper-Back Reset — 15 Minutes
This short, clothes-on experience is designed for a break after sitting at a desk. You will settle into a stable, dedicated treatment chair while the therapist checks your preferences and begins gentle work around the shoulders and upper back, with attention to the neck area.
The planned sequence includes approximately five minutes of gentle massage, eight minutes of comfortable assisted movement and two minutes to settle quietly. Movement will stay within a range that feels comfortable to you, with feedback encouraged throughout. The session is intended to interrupt a long period in one position and create a clear break between tasks.
There is no need to change into a spa robe for this experience. However, you will stop typing, eating or taking calls while it takes place. The treatment is a short wellbeing break, rather than a substitute for assessment of persistent pain or an injury.
2. Hand, Wrist and Forearm Ritual — 15 Minutes
Hands do a great deal of work during the day, from typing and scrolling to carrying bags and holding a phone. This focused ritual gives them dedicated attention, extending beyond the palms to the wrists and forearms.
The proposed sequence begins with ten minutes of massage for the hands and forearms, followed by three minutes of gentle wrist and finger movement. The final two minutes introduce a warm-towel finish and hand clean-up. Pressure will follow your preferences, with a clean, non-greasy finish in mind for returning to everyday activities.
This is an approachable choice when your time is limited and you would prefer a small, specific treatment area. You can tell the therapist if you want lighter pressure or prefer to skip a movement. The experience is offered for comfort and relaxation, without claims to treat conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome.

3. Dry Scalp, Temple and External-Ear Experience — 30 Minutes
For guests who want to step away from screens and conversation, this reclining-chair experience will focus on the head. It is a dry treatment, with a no-product scalp option, rather than a hair-washing or wet head-spa service.
The planned thirty minutes comprise twenty minutes of dry scalp massage, five minutes around the temples and five minutes of gentle contact with the external ears. Ear contact is entirely optional and will require your specific consent. If you prefer to leave it out, the time can be reassigned to the scalp or hands without shortening your session.
A low-conversation option will allow you to enjoy a quieter experience. An eye-specific, gently warm mask is also planned as an included option when suitable and requested. No stones or heavy compresses will be placed on the eyes, and the ear component involves external touch only.
4. Foot and Lower-Leg Ritual — 30 Minutes
After walking around Bangkok or spending time on your feet, this experience offers a comfortable way to stop and settle. The focus will be the feet and lower legs, with gentle attention to ankle movement.
The base sequence includes twenty minutes of foot and lower-leg massage, five minutes of comfortable ankle movement and five minutes of finishing massage. You will also be able to choose an included warm-stone or herbal-compress foot finish, when suitable. This will replace part of the sequence within the thirty-minute appointment, rather than adding time or creating an extra charge for an already included option.
The therapist will check comfort, pressure and any concerns about heat or ingredients. An unheated alternative will be available. This is a foot-focused relaxation ritual; it will not be presented as a treatment for internal organs or as a medical reflexology service.
5. Desk-Day Body Unwind — 45 Minutes
This longer, clothes-on session is being developed for guests who would like more time to unwind after desk work. It will take place in a private setting on an appropriate massage bed or mat, giving the therapist room to combine touch and gentle assisted stretching.
The proposed sequence allocates twenty minutes to the upper body, ten minutes to comfortable work around the hips and legs, and fifteen minutes to gentle stretching. Your preferences will guide which areas receive emphasis, within the therapist's verified skills and the scope of the session.
Rather than following a forceful stretch routine, the experience will keep movement within your comfortable range. You can ask for an adjustment at any point. It is designed as a wellbeing experience after prolonged sitting, without presenting “office syndrome” as a diagnosis or promising a cure for a particular condition.
6. Active Body Reset — 45 Minutes
This session is intended for active guests who want focused massage and gentle movement. You will choose an emphasis on either the upper or lower body, allowing the appointment to concentrate on the areas most relevant to your preferences.
The planned format combines twenty-five minutes of targeted, sports-style massage, fifteen minutes of gentle assisted mobility and five minutes to settle at the end. It will take place in a private treatment area, with pressure and movement adapted to your comfort.
The upper-or-lower-body choice is important: it allows a focused experience within forty-five minutes rather than rushing through a full-body sequence. Let the team know about any recent injury or unusual symptoms before booking. This session is intended for relaxation and body comfort; it is not injury rehabilitation, a fitness assessment or a guarantee of improved sports performance.

7. Warm-Stone Full-Body Escape — 75 Minutes
For guests with more time, this private experience will bring together full-body oil massage, controlled warmth and dedicated attention to the hands, feet and scalp. The pace is designed to feel unhurried, with warm-stone work integrated into the massage.
The planned sequence includes forty-five minutes of full-body oil massage incorporating warm stones, fifteen minutes for the hands and feet, and fifteen minutes of dry scalp massage. The warmth is part of the seventy-five-minute experience, rather than an additional treatment block.
Your therapist will check heat suitability and comfort, and a non-heat alternative will be available. Stones will not be placed on the eyes. This is the most expansive oil-massage option in the planned collection, suited to guests who would like a longer private treatment with several areas of attention and a slower transition back into the day.
8. Massage and Quiet Rest — 75 Minutes
The collection's signature rest experience is being developed for guests who do not want to get up immediately after their massage. It combines fifty minutes of massage, twenty minutes of quiet rest and a five-minute gentle wake-up. The full appointment lasts seventy-five minutes; the hands-on massage portion lasts fifty.
The massage sequence is planned around twenty minutes for the scalp, neck and shoulders, fifteen minutes for the hands and forearms, ten minutes for the feet and five minutes for the external ears, subject to consent. The rest period will take place in a quieter reclining setting, allowing you to remain comfortably settled afterwards.
An optional, gently warm eye mask will be included when suitable and requested, with heat removed before the rest phase. You will agree on your preferred wake-up approach, and an accessible call bell is planned. You may rest with your eyes closed or simply enjoy the quiet; falling asleep is not a requirement or a promised outcome.
Personalise Your Time Without Complicating the Visit
Selected short treatments will offer the option of one additional fifteen-minute session focused on the hands and forearms, head and external ears, or feet. A fifteen-minute treatment can therefore become a thirty-minute visit, and a thirty-minute treatment can become forty-five minutes, subject to availability.
The forty-five- and seventy-five-minute experiences are being developed as complete appointments, without timed extensions at launch. Warm-stone or herbal-compress foot finishes, where offered separately, will fit within the booked time and replace part of the massage. One foot-heat option will be selected at a time.
Warmth already included in a treatment will not be charged again as an extra. Before you confirm, the team will explain the chosen experience, any optional addition, the total appointment time and the final price. The aim is to make the choice easy to understand from the start.

A Thoughtful Journey from Treatment to Brunch
Your visit will begin with a conversation about how much time you have and whether you would prefer focused massage, gentle movement or quiet rest. The team will check relevant preferences and concerns privately, including pressure, areas of contact, heat, skin sensitivity and ingredients.
Meal timing will be coordinated with your treatment, with brunch preferably served afterwards when that suits your plans. This gives you space to finish the session, collect your belongings and return to the dining experience without feeling hurried. A short treatment should still feel like time that belongs to you.
Food choices, opening offers, final treatment prices and workspace access arrangements will be introduced with the launch details. Until then, the treatment descriptions offer an early look at the experiences in development. The final menu and availability will be confirmed before reservations open.
Coming Soon to Bangkok
Our collaboration with Sun Society is about making wellbeing easier to include in an ordinary day. A focused morning can lead into a hand treatment; a brunch date can make room for a scalp massage; a longer visit can include time to rest before returning to the city.
The opening date, location, operating hours and reservation details will be announced as the launch approaches. Follow Loft Thai's upcoming announcements to discover the finished space, the brunch offering and the final treatment collection.
We look forward to sharing a new place to gather, take care of yourself and enjoy a different rhythm in Bangkok — together with Sun Society.
