Spa Gift Vouchers
in Bangkok

Spa Value Vouchers are listed at 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 5,000 and 6,000 THB. Three gift boxes are listed at 1,000, 3,000 and 5,000 THB. The Spa Essentials box contains products only; the two higher-priced boxes list selected experience inclusions. Compare the gift formats before choosing.

A Spa Value Voucher provides a stated amount toward eligible Loft Thai services. A gift box has defined physical products and, for selected boxes, treatment choices. Its price is not automatically an equal amount of unrestricted spa credit. Read the gift-box comparison for the current distinctions.

The Spa Essentials Gift Box lists an EAU DE SPA body scrub and a 280 ml organic shower gel. No massage is listed for that box. Choose a separate Spa Value Voucher if you want to give value toward an eligible appointment.

Choose the product to open its purchase form and follow the order instructions. Confirmation is normally sent within 24 hours, followed by the eVoucher on the chosen delivery date. This is not a guarantee of instant delivery. If confirmation has not arrived after 24 hours, contact +66 63 487 2308.

Standard Spa Value Vouchers and Gift Box vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase unless the voucher itself states otherwise. Check the expiry on your voucher and reserve early enough to use it. See the full voucher terms.

Yes. If the selected eligible service costs more than the voucher, the remaining amount must be paid. Confirm the exact treatment, duration and total with the team before booking.

Vouchers are single-use. Under the published terms, any unused balance is forfeited unless the voucher or written confirmation expressly permits partial redemption. Do not assume it can be carried over to another visit.

The current collection accepts vouchers at Loft Thai’s Sukhumvit 24, Sukhumvit 38 and Sukhumvit 71 branches. Confirm that your chosen service is available at the selected branch. Advance reservation is required; buying a voucher does not confirm an appointment.

Personalisation is complimentary and can include a message, picture or video. Standard delivery is advertised as free in Bangkok and Thailand. For a gift box, express delivery or a specific handover deadline, contact Loft Thai before purchasing to confirm the arrangement.

Ask the team to confirm the selected couples experience, total for two guests, room and voucher eligibility. A voucher amount does not automatically include two guests, a private couples room or permission to combine several vouchers.

Yes, you can contact Loft Thai to discuss multiple gifts. Share the number of recipients, proposed value, format and delivery dates. Any bulk price, invoice arrangement or custom fulfilment must be confirmed; no standard corporate discount is promised here.

Published terms describe vouchers as non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to applicable statutory exceptions. A promotion or third-party purchase may have additional conditions. Read the terms supplied with the exact order and ask the team before changing recipient details or combining offers.
