With our advanced system and a beautifully made website for all customers, we have made it easy for appointments to be made by simply making a booking through our website or making calls. Even if we are booked, your staff will help you out by fitting you into something more available to you. Once you've made a booking, we make sure that you are ready and set to go by first confirming you through email and SMS and also giving you a location in case you get lost.
When you arrive at the place, you'll find the atmosphere very welcoming. With our staff welcoming you with tea as a welcome drink, you'll notice that the place is filled with plants to create a home environment and a soft couch to get you to feel comfortable. Our three-floored spa is provided with all the equipment needed to conduct a perfect massage, whether it's a facial massage or a traditional Thai massage.
Treatment
Before beginning the treatment, it is the job of our therapist to first consult with you on what exactly you need. It may seem clear from the start that you are looking for a facial treatment but with the questions that will be asked by our therapist, you will understand that it is actually more complex than that. If you don't have the answers to the questions, our therapist will educate you and guide you through everything to make sure that you are comfortable from start to finish.
It is important that you first speak with our team to understand what results in you are looking for so that our therapists can help you arrive at that state of mind. This is an important part of the stage as this allows you to get your money's worth. Our trained licensed therapists have been in the business for many years and have ton thousands of massages. We understand what you need and make you get what you need.
After getting changed and prep in the changing room, you will be brought to the treatment room where you will be asked to lie on your back to begin the facial treatment. Our therapists at Loft Thai Spa can treat all genders which makes this treatment special, especially for those who are coming in as couples. The treatment room itself will greet you in a calm and relaxing mood, creating a dimmed atmosphere to make you feel safe. With soft music playing in the background, your mind will reach a state of relaxation to get you through the whole facial treatment.
After the treatment is finished, which usually takes an hour or so, you will find yourself in a peaceful state of mind which we help stimulate with tea to end the day. Similar to the beginning, you will be asked questions by our therapist to get as much feedback as possible to see how you can be helped with in the next session.
